Sarah has been a dedicated member of the ACTS team since 2003, bringing over two decades of passion and expertise to the field of Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) and Assistive Technology (AT). She earned both her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Speech-Language Pathology from California State University, East Bay.
Throughout her career, Sarah has specialized in supporting individuals with complex communication needs in school settings, working with students from elementary through high school. Her work focuses on finding the right tools and strategies to help every student find their voice and access the world around them. Over the years, she has also been committed to supporting the next generation of clinicians, providing mentorship to University student interns and Clinical Fellows (CFs).
Most recently, Sarah has stepped into the role of Clinical Director for the ACTS Division of Ascend Rehabilitation.
